Jill Puckett

Senior Policy Advisor

Jill Puckett joins Team 180 as a Health and Human Services expert, representing a vast portfolio up and down the healthcare supply chain over the past two decades that includes numerous Fortune 500 companies. She is widely recognized for her knowledge of behavioral health and the system of care, having written and passed complex legislation in multiple states that has been identified as model policy by national organizations and in Congress while also securing millions in state and federal funding.


Additionally, Jill advises her clients on regulatory issues, most recently developing a framework for health payers to state Departments of Insurance as well as CMS responses on final rules related to the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act.


Jill has been a volunteer Guardian ad Litem and is a board member of the Florida Supportive Housing Coalition. In her spare time, she can be found coaching recreational and competitive gymnastics at her gym - EDGE Athletics in Crawfordville, Florida. She lives with her husband Matt and two daughters, Grace and Mattie.
