Kristen Black is a seasoned administrative professional with more than 20 years of experience in leadership roles across corporate, nonprofit, and community-based sectors.
At Team 180, Kristen serves as a key operational leader, ensuring seamless internal coordination and client service delivery. She brings expertise in office policy development, executive scheduling, team logistics, and managing high-level engagements—skills that support our clients’ success in fast-paced policy and procurement environments.
Throughout her career, Kristen has led initiatives in community and government affairs, human resources, and event planning. She is a graduate of Leadership Tallahassee and has served on several local boards. Her work has been recognized with multiple awards, including the Florida Law Enforcement Challenge Award and a Citizenship Award from the Leon County Sheriff’s Department.
Outside the office, Kristen enjoys attending community events, supporting local causes, and spending time at the beach.
