Ayana Newell joined the team as an intern while completing her Master of Public Administration at Florida Gulf Coast University. 

During her internship, she developed a strong foundation in policy analysis and research, which led to her transition into a full-time role. 

She now serves as a Policy Research Specialist, where she supports data-driven research and policy initiatives that advance the organization’s mission.
